There is also a common receiving room, kitchen, and dining room with a microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, induction heater, and complimentary breakfast supplies. The property is near Ulster University, a church, Tesco, Peace Bridge, Mcdonalds, KFC and more, all within a 10-20 minute walk. The housekeeper, Patricia, is very accommodating and friendly. You can use their washer and dryer upon request. Overall, it's a great value for money, with good interior design and great amenities.
