Unfortunately, customer service is inadequate, with guests being greeted with a less accommodating Receptionist, and staff being dismissive and unhelpful. The breakfast and lunch services are also a let down, with a set menu and lack of other options. To top it off, the resort is outdated, with old and tatty garden furniture, and a ripping lino in the kitchen. For the price, it's not worth it - find something of superior quality!
