Hilton Hotel Fallsview Niagara is conveniently connected to the Fallsview Casino's Entertainment Centre by a heated and air conditioned indoor glass walkway. The hotel features an indoor pool, 3 on-site restaurants, and many area attractions, including Journey Behind the Falls, within 15 minutes' walk. Despite the amenities, comfort, and convenience, there are a few things to consider when staying at the hotel during COVID-19. Our experience included issues with the shower, television coverage, elevator service, and air conditioner in the room. Room service was rushed, and the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. Although the front desk staff attempted to resolve the issues, this may be our last stay with the Hilton Hotel Fallsview Niagara.

We are actively working to address these issues, so that all visitors can enjoy their stay at Algonquin Lakeside Inn.

This hotel is ideally situated in the Fallsview district, and is connected to the Fallsview Casino by an indoor glass walkway. Guests can enjoy free WiFi and have access to local attractions such as Journey Behind the Falls and the Niagara citycruises by Hornblower, located just one mile away. While some guests have had difficulty with customer service, the cleanliness and niceness of the venue have been praised. Unfortunately, coupons given for restaurants and attractions have been found to be useless. Furthermore, amenities such as a coffee machine and iron were removed due to COVID-19, but were not communicated prior to arrival. The staff have also been known to hassle guests over minor issues. Despite these issues, the hotel is conveniently located for access to the many attractions in the area.

The house is immaculate and perfectly located on a quiet cul-de-sac close to restaurants, bike rental shops, wineries and more. Plus, Deanna and Alec are wonderful, welcoming hosts with lots of local knowledge and suggestions. Don't forget to check out the photography books of their travels, the common area with table and chairs, Keurig, mini refrigerator, snacks and more. My husband and I had a wonderful mini vacation here and can't wait to go back!

This hotel is located 4 km from downtown Whitby, Ontario and 3 km from the 401 Highway, making it a convenient location for exploring the area. The entrance to the lobby is bright and inviting, and the check-in counter is very well-protected with plexiglass due to COVID. The staff are friendly, helpful, and informative. The rooms are spacious, bright, and offer plenty of room to move around without bumping into each other. The rooms are also equipped with a safe to keep your valuable items secure while you're out and about. Breakfast is included and it's good and hits the spot. There are restaurants and fast food options across the street and in the next block. Fuel stations are also within two blocks of each other. The hotel is also walking distance from the Whitby Go Station, or a 4-minute drive due to traffic lights. The outdoor pool is open during warmer weather. The rooms are spotless, the beds and pillows are extremely comfortable, and all necessary toiletries are provided. The AC works perfectly and the staff is accommodating with early check-in and late check-out. There is one complaint about the jet tub in the room being dirty, however housekeeping happens every 5 days and extra towels can be requested from reception if needed. Overall, this hotel offers a great stay and is a wonderful and memorable experience.

Saga Resort offers a perfect retreat to relax, unwind and enjoy the best of Wasaga Beach. Located just steps away from the beach, the resort offers a seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub, as well as BBQ facilities. The resort also provides free WiFi access. During the winter season, guests can enjoy the best value for their room. Our room was a king size with a jacuzzi and all the amenities you need. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the grounds were enjoyable, with a mini golf course just a short walk away. Despite the 1100 for three nights in a two bedroom condo, the room was not cleaned, linens and towels were not changed and bed not made. The room overlooked a car scrap yard and we were woken up in the middle of the night by the sound of someone throwing scrap around. A coffee maker was provided but coffee was not included. Definitely in need of a paint job. Overall, a nice and enjoyable stay.
