The Mini Manor on Mandalay is a self-serviced studio accommodation set in Nelly Bay, situated 850m from Magnetic Island National Park and 1 km from Magnetic Island Marina. This apartment with mountain views has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with a shower. You will have the peace and privacy of the garden setting, with a waterproof pergola offering a shady outdoor area to relax in. The location is perfect for exploring, close to shopping facilities, hire companies and public transport but in a quiet area. All the bits and bobs you’d need during your stay are provided, including beach towels, filtered water and washing lines. Geoff and Sharon, the owners, are committed to the environment and have recycling and composting bins. The studio is well-equipped, very clean and nicely laid out and has a large, comfortable bed and excellent shower pressure. Communication prior was always easy and they are very helpful with travel tips. For the same price as a hostel dorm room, you get privacy, air con that actually works, own cooking space and shower etc. Tea, coffee, milk and water are also provided. A great stay!
