Unfortunately, the housekeeping services have been a source of frustration for some guests, leaving them to clean up after the previous guests. The facility has been found to have holes in closets, duct tape on bedposts, and hairs in the Jacuzzi. The room also had a strange smell, prompting guests to purchase air fresheners. Additionally, the staff has been helpful in moving guests to new rooms and some guests have found their stay enjoyable despite the reviews. However, many guests have noted ants on the carpets, burnt smoking holes in the comforter, dirty sheets with a terrible smell, and flooded bath and Jacuzzi areas. Though the Jacuzzi is decent sized, some guests have found it necessary to avoid the facility altogether, instead opting to stay in Bensalem, Pennsylvania.
