Omni Louisville Hotel offers a great location in Downtown Louisville, just a 4 minute walk from the Kentucky International Convention Center and 500m from the KFC Yum! Center. Our family of 7 recently stayed here while we were in town for a funeral. We were impressed with the friendly service from the desk staff, valet and maintenance, who quickly solved our issue with the cold room. Though we missed the variety of restaurants and stores that used to be available, the coffee shop and breakfast grill were a great alternative. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, parking was an issue; we had to pay $38/day to valet park and couldn't use the attached garage. We were disappointed that they couldn't comp our parking, especially after our luggage was missing for 3 hours due to the bellhop not removing it from our vehicle. The hotel is in a great location for our family and for exploring the city, but we were unfortunately let down by the service we received.
