This hotel is located less than a 5 minutes’ drive from Hot Springs city centre and the Hot Springs Convention & Visitors Bureau. It serves a grab and go breakfast every morning. The hotel is great for those looking for convenience and accessibility, but unfortunately, can be a bit of a letdown. Reports of smoking in non-smoking rooms, roaches, used syringes, burn holes from cigarettes, and marijuana use in the rooms have all been reported. The shower handle is also backward, cold is hot and hot is cold. There is also a lack of safety due to drug activity in the area and bullet holes in the doors. In addition, there is a lack of professionalism from the front desk staff. All in all, it's best to look elsewhere when visiting Hot Springs.
