Located right next to Summit Arena and Hot Springs Convention Center, this all-suite hotel offers easy access to top attractions and features spacious accommodations and an on-site full-service spa. All rooms include microwaves, refrigerators and coffeemakers, plus comfy beds and complimentary drinks and snacks. Spa Botanica on the second floor is very pricey but offers amazing massages and excellent customer service. The grab-and-go breakfast is delicious, and the pool and lobby provide plenty of space for social distancing. There were some issues during our stay, including a broken chiller, small beds, and a misunderstanding about the complimentary breakfast, but the staff was friendly and accommodating. It was an overall good experience and we highly recommend it!

This hotel is located less than a 5 minutes’ drive from Hot Springs city centre and the Hot Springs Convention & Visitors Bureau. It serves a grab and go breakfast every morning. The hotel is great for those looking for convenience and accessibility, but unfortunately, can be a bit of a letdown. Reports of smoking in non-smoking rooms, roaches, used syringes, burn holes from cigarettes, and marijuana use in the rooms have all been reported. The shower handle is also backward, cold is hot and hot is cold. There is also a lack of safety due to drug activity in the area and bullet holes in the doors. In addition, there is a lack of professionalism from the front desk staff. All in all, it's best to look elsewhere when visiting Hot Springs.
