Accommodations and rooms are impeccable, with wifi service being the only downside. Prices are high, but the quality and service make it worth the cost.

Amenities include a self-serve breakfast with numerous choices beginning at 6 am and luggage carts for easy transport of luggage. Unfortunately, the pool and hot tub are currently out of service. Although our booking was not updated with a date change, the hotel was kind enough to provide us with a discounted room. Despite the inconvenience, this hotel is a great choice for a comfortable stay!

Lake Havasu City - Arizona

Located 6 minutes from downtown Lake Havasu City, Arizona, Island Suites offers spacious all-suite accommodation with full kitchens and dining areas. Guests can enjoy an outdoor pool and free parking, as well as easy access to Windsor Beach. Despite recent positive reviews, we experienced some issues during our stay. The check-in was slow and the front desk staff was lacking in customer service, with one not wearing a mask. No elevator to the second floor was a hindrance, and room cleaners were not wearing masks either. On our departure, the staff member we spoke to was unhelpful. We were also asked to move our car to make space for a boat, despite us already having two spots. We won't be returning to Island Suites, but you may find it suitable for a short stay.

Staybridge Suites - Phoenix – Biltmore Area, an IHG Hotel is the perfect place to have a home away from home. Featuring an outdoor pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a shared lounge, this hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The suites are spacious with two queen beds, a full size couch, and a small kitchen with full size fridge and dishwasher plus all the necessary utensils. The bathroom is on the small side but has a great shower. An extensive continental breakfast is served each morning, with happy hour snacks in the evenings. The back patio area and pool/jacuzzi is a great place to relax and unwind. The gym is small but well-equipped with cardio machines, dumbbells and a cable machine. The hotel is conveniently located near the freeway and is close to other parts of the city. All of this for a great price! The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, making sure you have a great stay.
