Unfortunately, there is no place for a decent breakfast in the hotel, and the coffee maker in the room may not work. Despite these minor issues, the resort offers a great experience, with delicious food and incredible decorations. You can't beat the name MGM and the experience you get is worth every penny.

Masks are required on-site, and the slot area is well-maintained. Though some guests have had issues with extra charges and the staff, the beauty of the Bay and the convenience of the resort make it a great place to stay.

Unfortunately, the hotel staff are not very friendly or personable and the rooms are unclean with burn holes in the bedding and mildew on the walls. The toilet, floors, and phone are all stained and the TV and fan had to be fixed upon arrival. There is no breakfast offered and the microwave in the lobby was full of melted butter. The beds were almost like twin size beds and the manager refused to accept pay in four app for payment. Overall, not the best experience and one to be avoided.
