It has been recently refurbished and re-designed with a “college” theme, boasting stylish and comfortable rooms. The hotel staff is great and responsive, and even upgraded our room. The location is ideal, easy to get to and from, offers parking, and is walkable to various key places in Providence like College Hill, Federal Hill, Riverwalk, etc. The downside is that the room was cold even after the engineer came to adjust the air control and there were limited amenities after a certain time. With a token for free basic coffee or tea, and a 25 dollar overnight parking fee, it's a great option for a college student stay!

The front desk staff are accommodating and helpful and there is a coffee shop and gym. However, the rooms are expensive considering the quality and the restaurant service is extremely slow. There is no mini bar or closet and the AC is very noisy. The hotel is popular for wedding and bachelorette parties and can be quite noisy in the evenings.
