The property offers 3 restaurants, a live jazz lounge, and a day spa, plus each guest room has a spacious lanai. The staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are luxurious and comfortable. The Orchid restaurant is superb with excellent food and thoughtful touches throughout. We also made use of the pool, beach, and nearby shops and museums. Evening entertainment is low-key yet high quality. Overall, this is a great hotel that exceeded all our expectations and we would highly recommend it.

Our 5-night stay was one of the best experiences ever - everything was so clean, the staff was super helpful and friendly, the pool was warm, the city view from our room was incredible, the facilities were new and beautiful. Plus, they provide free yoga lessons and no resort fee! Check-in was fast and the lifts were very fast. The location is surrounded by shops and eateries, and the electric loo, sprinklers and blinds were a great touch. The spacious mountain view room was spectacular, with super-sized windows and great coffee facilities. It was also COVID-safe, with prepackaged items like cups, toiletries and remote. Highly recommend staying here - you won't regret it!
