The customer service was lacking, with the manager not offering any compensation for the inconvenience. The room was not ready at check-in, there were no pool towels and the fire alarm went off late at night. The room smelled of sewage, beds were uncomfortable and the shower head was too low. The pool area was also very dirty, with pieces of black chunks in the water. In the end, we were glad to leave the next morning and won’t be returning.
