The casino floor can be unpleasant due to cigarette smoke, and security guards were reported to be ignoring the fact that people were bringing children. The room had burn marks on the furniture and walls, and the hallway outside the room had a strong smell of soap. Additionally, the windows were filthy. It is a shame, as this used to be the jewel among the Atlantic City hotels and casinos.

Bally’s Atlantic City Hotel & Casino is an iconic destination along the Atlantic City boardwalk and beach boasting a renowned on-site casino, as well as several world-class restaurants. Our accommodations provide you with a flat-screen cable TV and refrigerator. Unfortunately, our stay was marred by several issues, including a discrepancy in pricing that was not transparent upon check-in, and a lack of cleanliness in the room, with cheese fingerprints on the counters. When the cleaners came to the room, they did not replace the dirty towels and our concierge failed to respond to requests for extra pillows. Furthermore, for a price of 2000$ for a 4 night stay, we were shocked to find out that the cleaners only come to clean the room every 2-3 days. All of these factors make the pricing and services of Bally’s Atlantic City Hotel & Casino unacceptable.

The pool area can be accessed for an extra fee, and the room service is not available after a certain time. However, guests can find a variety of food options both in the hotel and nearby. The casino floor is spacious and the staff is friendly and accommodating. With a little bit of research, guests can find a great place to eat and enjoy the Atlantic City nightlife. Harrah's Resort Atlantic City is the perfect place to get away and enjoy a luxurious vacation.
