This luxurious all-glass triangular hotel, located in downtown Chicago, is steps away from the magnificent Lake Michigan and the Magnificent Mile. Enjoy upscale on-site restaurants and breathtaking views of the city. Stay connected with free WiFi in public areas. Unfortunately, this hotel’s service falls short of expectations. On arrival, we were given the wrong room keys, followed by a 20-minute wait for an engineer to open the door because the automatic lock had not been charged. The bathroom was not clean, with other people’s hair in the shower, sink, and on the floor. We were unable to use the TV or WiFi, as no remote was provided and the access code was not given to us. To top it off, someone attempted to enter our room while we were sleeping! This hotel is not recommended.
