The staff were friendly and attentive but the rooms could use some updating. The air conditioning was broken and there was a hole in the ceiling, which caused water to drip on us. Despite these issues, the general manager offered a $25 refund for the inconvenience and the staff went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.
