Our rooms feature a king bed with a small sitting area, and are equipped with a fridge, microwave, tea & coffee items, and fluffy towels. With COVID-19, staff were attentive and provided a safe breakfast in a bag for our convenience. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up with our room key, however staff were quick to rectify the issue and provide us with a room away from the ice machine and elevators as requested. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel is conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. Although there was no breakfast available, we were very happy with the value for our stay. Unfortunately, we did experience some maintenance issues and the front desk failed to inform us of a handicap room not being available. We had a pleasant stay overall.
