She was incredibly professional, wearing a mask and gloves to prevent contamination. Guests were also impressed with the friendly and helpful staff, although one guest was not satisfied with the cleanliness of their room. Despite this, the hotel is still a great option for those looking for a convenient stay close to downtown Oklahoma City.

This hotel is conveniently located just off Highway 412, 15 minutes away from Northwestern Oklahoma University. The staff are extremely friendly and professional, accommodating our flight delay by extending our checkout time. The breakfast was amazing, with a pancake maker and Covid safety guidelines in the dining room. The rooms were clean and the housekeeping staff were great. Unfortunately, there were no hair dryers, coffee cups, or pool access, and the clock was broken. However, the shower had great water pressure, the faucets were easy to turn on and off, and the mattress was comfortable. The exercise room was also well equipped. The breakfast was grab and go due to the pandemic, but it was a decent selection and there was plenty of coffee, water, and juice.The location was great, close to a variety of places to eat and shop. All in all, this is a great hotel for those travelling to Enid.”

The staff was friendly and helpful, but overworked. The area is great, but the hotel is overpriced for the amenities. We would not stay there again.
