The Best Western Hotel in downtown Ashland, Oregon offers a complimentary continental breakfast, WiFi and parking, as well as a great location near restaurants, Lithia Park, and blacktail deer! Our deluxe queen room (two queen beds) was on the third floor, overlooking the street but not disturbed by traffic noise. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and safe. We even left a few items behind which they kindly shipped to us. We would absolutely recommend a stay here, and we plan on returning in the future!

Even during COVID-19, the rooms felt safe and the breakfast options, although could be higher quality, were still enjoyable. The staff from the GM to the front desk to the clean staff were very friendly, professional, helpful and accommodating. A perfect place for a special stay and great for road trips with canine companions!

The breakfast was adequate with some room for improvement, but the staff was very mindful of safety during the COVID-19 pandemic. Cleanliness is always a priority, and the room we stayed in was comfortable and well-kept. We were able to take advantage of the Continental breakfast with healthy options, and the hot tub under the gazebo was a nice touch. The staff was professional and helpful, and the room came with all the necessary amenities. Unfortunately, our reservations were cancelled on Monday without an explanation, but the staff was able to accommodate us with a room with two double beds at the same rate. Overall, a great stay!
