Despite these features, our guests have experienced some issues, such as dirty door handles, a lack of towels, a fridge that was too hot, a sink that didn't drain well, an unsatisfactory breakfast, and a bedroom with bedbugs. Unfortunately, the pool has been closed, and the fire alarm has gone off multiple times. However, the staff has been friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was praised for its variety. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and hope that you will still consider staying with us.
