    Best Western Palace Inn & Suites is a great place to stay while visiting Big Spring! Our 3-star hotel offers air-conditioned accommodation, a 24-hour front desk, a business centre, free WiFi and a spa bathtub. The staff were friendly and attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The pool and hot tub were great, and we appreciated the non-chlorine smell. Breakfast was decent and the coffee was fine. There's also a small gym with cardio machines and dumbbells, and coffee is always available. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and quiet, and the parking lot had handicap access. Veronica, the manager, was exceptional and all the staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't like the food for breakfast, but overall had a comfortable and pleasant stay. Would have been nice to have access to the pool, but we definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Big Spring!
