The staff are very friendly and accommodating, particularly Jason at the front desk, who always made us laugh, answered all our questions and made sure we were enjoying our stay. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet, with a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The fourth floor is recommended to avoid noisy people. There is a good selection of breakfast options available and coffee and hot water in the lobby to make hot drinks. The laundry facilities are clean and well maintained and the air conditioner was quickly fixed when it stopped working. The shuttle service was great for travelling to and from the airport, with plenty of parking available. The room size is enough for a family of four and it is very clean, with a smart TV, shower and toiletries provided. Breakfast is hot and fresh every morning and coffee is available all day. We had a great stay and would highly recommend it.

Finally, their customer service is top-notch, as I was able to recover my coat that I left in the suite. Marriott's Grand Chateau is a great choice for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient stay in Las Vegas.
