This 300 year old house won the Newport Historic Preservation award and has been elegantly restored to provide modern comforts while maintaining the historic charm. Our room was large, sunny and warm, with beautiful white cotton bed linen and a cozy bed. The view of the sunset across the water and Goat Island was breathtaking. Our hosts were very hospitable, knowledgeable about the area, and full of interesting local information, providing us with helpful restaurant and sightseeing recommendations. The location was great and we were even provided with an off-street parking pass. Breakfast was delicious and generous, and our hosts even treated us to unexpected complimentary cakes and drinks. Everything was perfect, from the amazing hosts, to the stunning historic building, to the wonderful location. We can hardly wait to return!

The Pelham Court is a luxurious and convenient one bedroom apartment located in Newport, just 1.2 km from King Park Beach. Our unit was spacious, squeaky clean, and welcoming with a full kitchen, pillows, and a comfy bed. The coffee machine was awesome, with both a main one in the lobby that used Nespresso pods and one in the unit. The staff was attentive and friendly through texts, due to Covid protocols. Free parking and no daily resort fee make for a great deal. Pet friendly, it was odor-free and had a gas fireplace. Breakfast included breads and pastries, as well as fruit and yogurt. Walking distance to the wharfs, restaurants, shops, cafes, sailing excursions and more, it's a great place to stay. With a balcony or fireplace, hot water for tea, and a courtyard, you'll feel right at home.
