Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is only 24 miles away. Our stay was made extraordinary by the friendly and helpful staff who were always willing to accommodate our needs. We especially enjoyed the Privado area, which was just a short walk away from the main lobby. The rooms were five-star and quiet, and the grounds were beautiful and festive. The pools and hot tubs were heated and inviting. We also had the chance to attend the New Year's Eve celebration, which was a memorable experience. We highly recommend staying here, and look forward to returning soon.

Each of the luxuriously appointed guest rooms features a private patio or balcony, offering stunning views of the surrounding desert. There is plenty to do and explore, and guests can take advantage of the many amenities and services the resort has to offer. However, guests should be aware that there was an emergency drill during their stay, with no prior advance notice and no pre-announcement in the guest rooms. Additionally, a leaf blower woke up a guest in the early morning, and there were limited options for eating when only one restaurant was open. The golf course was closed for overseeding, and the Camelback Mountain trail was closed for remodelling. The Phoenician is a beautiful location, but may not be the best choice for those looking for a tranquil, restful stay.
