This hotel is less than a 5-minute drive from Hot Springs city centre and the Hot Springs Convention & Visitors Bureau. It serves a grab-and-go breakfast every morning. However, guests have reported that the rooms are often non-smoking, yet they smell strongly of cigarette smoke. Furthermore, there have been reports of roaches, used syringes, and illicit drug use on the premises, making it an unsafe and unsanitary environment. Additionally, the staff has been reported to be unprofessional and rude and the shower knobs are backwards. To make matters worse, there are bullet holes in the doors and no locks. If you're looking for a place to stay in Hot Springs, look elsewhere. This hotel is not the ideal place for a relaxing and safe stay.
