The rooms were clean and well-appointed with nice beds and showers, and a robe and slippers were provided. The booking also showed a mini bar and free water, though the mini bar was empty and the water was not complimentary at first. Customer service was outstanding, with all staff being respectful, courteous, attentive, and prompt. Food delivery was incredibly fast, and the view from the room was great. Parking was a bit of an issue, but the staff were able to help. Unfortunately, the experience was not as great for another guest who had to change rooms three times in one night and experienced other issues. InterContinental Buckhead Atlanta is a great choice for a stay in Atlanta.
