This Best Western, located 5 miles from downtown Boise, Idaho’s capital and largest city, provides a free shuttle service to and from Boise Municipal Airport, 10 minutes away. Despite the current COVID-19 measures, breakfast could have been more satisfactory, with packaged food and better hygiene procedures. The gym is open, however, and the hotel offers a business suite with a jacuzzi tub and a huge room. Unfortunately, there were some bugs and black stuff on window seals and the temperature control panel, as well as mold in the tiles. The room was too big, the TV was too small, and the windows let in traffic noise all night. The staff was unfriendly, and breakfast hours were not communicated properly. Despite all of this, the breakfast was great, the pool and hot tub were perfect, and the location was great.
