Unfortunately, our experience was not what we expected. The breakfast attendant was kind but clearly overwhelmed and understaffed, and the front desk agent was unhelpful. Despite paying for poolside rooms, we were not given them and the pool stayed open past the designated closing time for children. To add insult to injury, we were also charged for a breakfast that was supposed to be free. We were disappointed with our stay and won't be returning.
