    The Golden Nugget in Biloxi, Mississippi, promises a luxurious experience with a casino, spa and wellness centre, and free WiFi access. During our stay for our 1st wedding anniversary, we noticed the room was not up to the high standards we expected. Thankfully, the supervisor was quick to come and assess the situation, and offered to comp our resort fees. However, the housekeeping was still not up to standard, and the staff did not provide satisfactory solutions. During our stay, we could not get food on the property and the staff did not provide helpful information. Lastly, the bar staff were ungrateful and rude. We will not be coming back to the Golden Nugget in the future, but will be back in Biloxi for Cruisin the Coast.
