The check-in experience is unpleasant, with slow and unhelpful employees, and the 'strip view' room is actually a 'parking lot view'. Valet parking is available, and there are many restaurant options in the resort. Though the hotel does not offer phone or room service, and the spa is expensive, the Conrad Las Vegas still offers a luxurious and unforgettable stay.

Our room in the Opal Tower was spacious and clean, with colorful, modern decor and an amazing view of the Strip. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was sleek and well-ventilated. The pool area is the largest we've seen in Las Vegas, with a sandy beach leading into it. There are plenty of places to relax, read, work, and enjoy a variety of bars, restaurants, and lobbies, all with a classy, Virgin-style atmosphere. The hotel also offers free parking and a convenient location close to the Strip, plus restaurants and bars across the road. Our stay at the Virgin Hotels Las Vegas was amazing, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing time in Vegas.

Although some have received an upgrade to a petite suite, the customer service staff have been unhelpful and uncaring. Guests have experienced a lack of sleep, flea infestations, and have had to incur additional expenses due to the experience. Despite its convenient location, this hotel is not recommended for those who are looking for a pleasant stay in Vegas.
