The friendly staff provide excellent valet service, and the location of the hotel couldn't be better, with plenty of places to eat, drink, and hang out nearby.

The staff are friendly and helpful and the property is well maintained, with some recent renovations to the main building, including a lovely bar and lounging area with a fireplace, and a stone outdoor patio. Guests can enjoy a variety of activities, from golf and zip lining to tennis, racquetball and the spa. There is something for everyone here. Although the rooms are a bit outdated, they still serve their purpose, offering a comfortable and inviting environment.

However, the housekeeping staff should be better trained as there were past issues with the water, and some guests were not able to use the toilets, shower or sink. Furthermore, some rooms were not ready for guests when they arrived. While the front desk staff are polite and accommodating, the manager failed to communicate adequately with guests. Although this hotel offers many amenities, it is not recommended due to these issues.

Our family felt welcomed from the start with the owner going out of her way to make sure everyone felt comfortable. There's a range of breakfast options available from 5am-10am, plus a selection of drinks and coffee to choose from. We were even offered the chance to extend our stay and were very impressed with the service. The rooms are modern and spotless, with a great bathroom and comfortable beds, making it a great place to stay!
