Mrs. Diane at the front desk is an incredible problem solver and made sure we had a great stay. We had so much fun with the banana boat ride, paintball target, and the arcade room. Breakfast was good but dinner could be better. Spooners Grill delivers and was really tasty. Perfect for a romantic weekend, anniversary or even a wedding!

Comfort Suites Scranton is a great option for your stay. Located conveniently in Scranton, free WiFi access is available. The rooms are comfortable and as expected. Unfortunately, the pool was closed, but the grab n' go breakfast options were better than other places we've stayed. The staff were very accommodating and upgraded us to a bigger room when the first one was not up to scratch. The parking lot was not in the best shape with cigarette butts and weeds, and housekeeping were not very friendly. The television service was disappointing, and the room wasn't completely clean. However, the staff were helpful and friendly, and the hotel overall was a good option for a reasonable price.
