This Jackson hotel is located off of I-40, just 24 miles from Jackson National Golf Club. The staff were friendly and attentive. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a nice variety of food to choose from. We had an issue with the door lock, but the manager was prompt in addressing it, and discounted our room for the inconvenience. The main lobby and hallways were beautiful. The one-bedroom suite, complete with a kitchen and living area, was great. Guests can choose to enjoy breakfast in the room or in the facility. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Pets are allowed and the pet areas were clean. The pool was nice. Jasmine, one of the desk clerks, was delightful. The only issue was that there was not a cart to bring our things out to our car. Overall, this is a great hotel and a great value for your money.
