Hot Springs Hotel & Spa in Thermopolis offers 3-star accommodation with a bar and fitness centre. Each air-conditioned room has a private bathroom and free WiFi. The staff are friendly and accommodating, having quickly met our needs when we arrived late. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, and the pool and hot tub were right outside our door. The breakfast was great and the dinners were ok. The room temperature ran up and down and the bathroom was very small, but the bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The bar is cool and the food was delicious. The small mineral jacuzzi is perfect for a dip and the hotel is situated in the state park, close to the state pools and surrounded by gorgeous scenery. You can walk to everything in park and the hotel is very reasonably priced.

This contemporary city centre hotel in Casper offers free Wi-Fi in all guest rooms, a daily continental breakfast featuring fresh waffles, and is conveniently located just 1 mile from the National Historic Trails Center. Though the hotel was generally clean, housekeeping left a used and dirty bandaid hanging on the wall in the sink area. Air conditioning in room was not working but was able to get maintenance in after 7 p.m., though there was filth and dirt in the unit. Unfortunately, guests staying at LaQuinta have to take a cold shower as the hot water goes out every 30 seconds. Guests also have to be aware of possible double charges on their account, such as an authorization charge and a charge for a “stained bath towel”. Lastly, there was a birthday party in the pool area with 30 to 40+ people, which made it difficult to enjoy the facility.
