The hotel was filthy, the hallways were never vacuumed, and the glass was covered in months of grime. There were issues with the tub, as brown water would come up when the toilet was flushed. In addition, the room smelled like smoke and was very outdated. Guests reported that the front desk staff was short staffed and unhelpful, and another guest mentioned that items went missing from their room. We certainly do not recommend this hotel, and suggest finding a different place to stay in the Harrisburg area.
