This Harrisburg hotel off I-81 is 14 km from downtown. It may look nice online, but it's not worth the stay. The hallways were never vacuumed, the glass was covered in grime, and the bathrooms were full of brown water. The staff was very short-staffed and unhelpful, and the room smelled like smoke. On top of that, guests have reported items missing from their room, making it an unsafe environment. Our experience was so bad we ended up sleeping in the car and had to find another hotel. Do not stay here; opt for a different hotel with better service and safety!

The front desk clerk was warm and welcoming, and made sure our requests were honored. The bathroom was exceptionally clean. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again.

We were told they set the bar high for bed and breakfasts, and we agree! The bed and breakfast feels like home, and the grounds are beautifully kept. Our room was cozy and comfortable, perfect for a restful night after a long day of work. We would highly recommend West Ridge B&B for an unforgettable and relaxing stay.
