It’s located just 1.3 km from Brown University and is perfect for exploring the city with easy access to College Hill, Federal Hill, Riverwalk and more. The rooms are stylish and comfortable, but can be cold. Additional items like microwaves and heaters may need to be requested. The staff is friendly and responsive, offering free basic coffee or tea tokens and upgrades for longer stays. There is self-parking for 25 dollars overnight. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic it was short-staffed and difficult to reach the front desk. Despite this, the housekeeping staff is excellent and the manager was apologetic and gave us a discount. All in all, a 7/10 rating.

It is a great location to the beaches, with a 5 minute walk to Easton's beach and 5 more to the cliff walk. The cozy hotel boasts a fantastic restaurant that serves amazing breakfast and lunch, and possibly dinner. Take-out is available for beach-goers, and the food is delicious! The owners are highly involved in every aspect of the hotel, and are kind and welcoming to guests. The rooms are large and very comfortable, with a decent sized bathroom, makeup wipes, and essential shower items that are refilled daily. Complimentary breakfast is made to order daily and is delicious. Diego's restaurant is just across the street, and the hotel is a 7 minute drive from town. The white and blue Greek-style room is bright and spacious, with a full length mirror and vaulted ceiling. Parking is easy and accessible right out front. For the price, it is an excellent deal.

While Covid has limited amenities, the front desk staff is accommodating and friendly. The gym has Peloton bikes and bikes are available for rent. The hotel has been known to host wedding parties and bachelorette parties, so it can be quite noisy. The rooms offer basic amenities and no maid service, but guests can enjoy a complimentary small bottle of water at arrival.

The Inn on Bellevue is a charming bed and breakfast located in Newport, Rhode Island. The inn is within walking distance of the Touro Synagogue and its Eruv and the city centre waterfront area. Our king room was spacious, well-furnished and located upstairs in the back of the building. Despite being several blocks from the waterfront, the walk wasn't too bad, and the price was more reasonable than other hotels in the area. We arrived late and the helpful staff provided instructions for us. Parking was available in the back at no extra charge. Every morning, breakfast was served two doors down at another property by the same owners, offering a variety of pastries, quiches, breakfast meats, pancakes and french toast. The room was small but comfortable, the air conditioner worked great, and the location was excellent. Nearby shops and cafes were great, and the friendly staff at the inn made our stay all the more enjoyable. Highly recommend The Inn on Bellevue for a great stay in Newport!
