Unfortunately, the desk clerk at check-in was not friendly and amenities like the breakfast buffet, pool and fitness room were closed due to COVID-19. The room was not level, the door to the bathroom was difficult to open, and the beds were two twins instead of two queens. The breakfast was reduced to a breakfast in a bag due to COVID-19. The manager promised to contact the guest but has not done so yet.
