    This all-suite hotel is situated just 6 minutes from downtown Lake Havasu City, Arizona and Windsor Beach. It offers spacious suites with a full kitchen and dining area, an outdoor pool, and stunning views of the lake. Despite recent positive reviews, the customer service and safety measures are far below par: try everywhere else first! Check-in was slow, with staff not wearing masks. Room cleaning staff were also without masks, and the elderly couple struggling to go out the door received no help from the front desk. Management needs to do some serious auditing for this establishment to make it a safe and enjoyable stay.
