It offers a full service spa, comfortable and clean rooms, and views of the city. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the doorman, front desk and cleaning crew are all very helpful. There are lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance and a great restaurant with inside and outside dining. The room includes a complimentary espresso machine, and there are vending machines available. A luxurious stay with a mini NY vibe for NJ!

The tiki bar is great, but drinks are pricey, and the outdoor pool has some strange debris floating in it. The hotel also had a brown hot water issue and it took multiple times to get toiletries. Housekeeping also wasn't available. All in all, the spot is stunning, but the customer service is lacking and you may want to look elsewhere for a better experience.

Guests can enjoy a private beach area, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a heated indoor pool, a fitness centre and Jenkinson's Boardwalk is 350 metres away. Soft check-in is available so you can use the facilities before your room is ready. Unfortunately, some of the rooms are dirty and the balcony door sometimes doesn't close properly. The air conditioning is loud, and the carpets need replacing. The wifi isn't great either. There is no stay over service and the phones don't work. We were evacuated once at 2am with no explanation. Despite these issues, it's a great location for a summer holiday and is close to the beach and boardwalk.
