This Jersey Shore resort offers a variety of amenities, including 240 metres from the Wildwood beach and boardwalk, free Wi-Fi, an indoor rooftop pool, 2 restaurants, and Splash Zone Water Park 290 metres, 4 minutes' walk away. While the hotel could use a few updates and replacements, it is a great spot for a beach getaway. Unfortunately, our visit was marred by understaffing, a lack of hospitality, and an unhelpful manager. We were also surprised to find that the third floor was not accessible by elevator and this caused difficulty for those in our party with mobility issues. We do not recommend this hotel and suggest looking for other accommodations nearby.

The hotel is health conscious, with sanitizing stations, masks expected everywhere, and hand sanitizer readily available. Beach tags are provided so you don't have to purchase your own. Breakfast is not included, but the portions are huge and the service is friendly and attentive. Emily's Cafe restaurant is also a great place to dine. Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa is the perfect destination for a weekend getaway. Located in Atlantic City, this 4-star resort offers a number of amenities to make your stay enjoyable, including a casino, a 24-hour front desk, an ATM, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a garden, and a bar. However, during our stay, we encountered a number of issues. Upon arrival, we had to pay $5 to get to the front of the hotel and the valet guys were not friendly. In the room, it smelled of smoke and there were coffee stains all over the desk and menus. The manager on duty was not kind and treated us as if we were at fault for complaining. We also had difficulty making dinner reservations at Bobby Flay, and while at the bar, social distancing and masks were not being enforced. Unfortunately, when we went to the pool, we were informed that all reservations were taken for the weekend. Furthermore, during the night, a random man came knocking on our door, and it took security an hour to respond. We ended up having to argue with the manager for hours to get our refund. All in all, we had an unpleasant experience and would not recommend staying at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa.

Harrah's Resort Atlantic City is a towering hotel featuring 175,000 square feet of casino space and just 7 minutes' drive from the Boardwalk. Guests can enjoy a variety of dining options from the 11 restaurants, including a food court, Martorano's and Gordon Ramsay Steakhouse. The bathrooms have good showers with hot water and more pressure, and the beds and pillows are comfortable. The valet service is currently closed due to COVID, so guests must park in the self-park garage. There is also a bridge connecting the parking garage to the hotel, and elevators to the guest rooms. Check-in is a breeze and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately, the pool is not free and the deck area has bird poop. The room advertised for cleaning daily was a joint room, which wasn’t explained at the time of booking. The bathrooms had slippery floors, but the restaurant and McCormick's were great. All in all, a decent stay, but not without its faults.
