The Flanders Hotel is a great choice for a staycation or vacation in Ocean City. Located just 2.7 km from Surf Road Beach, it offers a range of services and amenities including a seasonal outdoor pool, free private parking, a fitness centre, and a restaurant. Our suite was spacious and clean, with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, three bedrooms, and two baths. The restaurant, Emily's Cafe, had delicious food and the staff was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was also excellent. Other amenities included beach tags, sanitizing stations, and hand sanitizer throughout the hotel. Although breakfast was not included, the portions were generous and the service was good. We had a great stay here and would definitely book again.

This hotel in Absecon, New Jersey is conveniently located 6 miles from the Atlantic City Boardwalk and Casinos. Each room features a microwave and refrigerator for your convenience. Despite the convenient location, we are sorry to hear that guests did not have the best experience here. The bathroom was clean, however, it was hard to take a shower due to the hot and cold water. The room quality was subpar, with dirty drapes, a broken TV, and a smelly room. The manager was unhelpful and refused to provide any refunds. We are sorry to hear of this experience and understand the health risks associated with staying in an unclean environment. We hope that this experience does not deter you from visiting Absecon, New Jersey in the future.

Harrah's Resort Atlantic City offers more than 175,000 square feet of casino space and is only 7 minutes' drive from the Boardwalk. Enjoy 11 restaurants, including a food court and fine dining establishments such as Martorano's and Gordon Ramsay Steakhouse. The rooms are comfortable with beds and pillows, though water pressure and temperature of the showers could be improved. Due to COVID, the valet parking is closed and self-parking is available. Be sure to note the GPS location of your vehicle as the system for getting out of the parking garage does not work properly. The facility has a mall and the right set of elevators must be taken to get to the room. There is no room service after 12pm, but there is a vending machine with $3 bags of chips. The maid knocked twice and then walked in the room 15 minutes before checkout. The pool requires an extra fee and the deck area has bird poop. Furthermore, the room did not have daily cleaning as advertised. The bathrooms have slippery floors and the shower has no door. The pizza restaurant did not practice good hygiene, and the carpet was dirty, cabinets were broken, and one side of the outlets on the side of the bed did not work. The highlight of the trip was the McCormick restaurant, where the food was good and the staff was very nice. Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City may be a convenient option, but be aware of the poor service and amenities.

This Jersey Shore resort offers a convenient location near the Wildwood beach and boardwalk, as well as Splash Zone Water Park. Unfortunately, it is in need of a facelift with new paint, new carpets, and planters that need to be groomed and replaced. Additionally, there is no elevator to the third floor which can make it difficult for those with mobility issues. The pool and hot tub were also not up to par, with grey foam floating in the pool and a too cool temperature. The staff were also not particularly friendly, with a lack of hospitality at the restaurant. However, the resort does offer free Wi-Fi and an indoor rooftop pool, as well as two restaurants. It may be worth considering, depending on your needs.
