The food is good and there is a good selection of drinks. The rooms are warm and windows can be opened for ventilation. There is also a nice, short walk around the village to the church and holy well. Locals are friendly and the rooms are well-equipped with tea and coffee, fresh bedding, and towels. Unfortunately, with new management, there is no cooked breakfast available and no food on Tuesday evenings. The setting is lovely and the staff is friendly and helpful, but the hotel needs to be updated with health and safety regulations.
