The Old Hall Ely is a stunning 5-star hotel located in Ely, just 30 km away from the University of Cambridge. Guests can expect a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with friendly and attentive staff. The building, gardens and courtyards all show the attention to detail and care given to the place, and the rooms are perfect, with character and amazing views. Enjoy a sumptuous breakfast and dinner in the dining room, with delicious dishes and wine, and relax in the outdoor seating area with blankets. The hotel also offers free Wi-Fi and a bar, as well as a variety of vegan options for breakfast. However, unfortunately, the hotel doesn't have disabled facilities and can be difficult for those with mobility issues. But overall, an excellent stay.

The hosts are friendly and most informative on arrival and are only next door should you need them, but never bother you. The bed is comfortable, with beautiful bedding, and the studio is set in a tranquil and peaceful location. You can park your car right outside the studio, and the area is great for exploring - take a walk to Ely across the countryside & back via the river, or take the train to Cambridge. There are plenty of restaurants to enjoy, and the hosts will be happy to recommend the best ones. The studio is bright and spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen, and perfect for couples or families, with cribs available for babies. With great attention to detail and a lovely welcome, you're sure to have a very comfortable stay at Pear Tree House Studio.
