The spa offers a relaxing reprieve with massages and a pool, while the restaurant has a reduced menu due to Covid. Unfortunately, the hotel has some issues, including cold and low breakfast offerings, broken coffee machines, dirty glasses and shower heads, as well as wall lights that don't work. The bar also did not open despite being told it would be open. However, the staff are friendly and attentive and the bed is extremely comfortable. DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Spa Liverpool is ideal for those looking for a luxurious, convenient and comfortable stay with plenty to explore nearby.

Although the receptionist, Sonia, is very helpful, unfortunately some guests have been disappointed with their stay due to a smell in the reception, an argument and crying child late at night, and children running around in the breakfast area.
