Although there were some issues with our check-in and the room not being prepared for 3 adults, the staff were professional and accommodating. With its convenient location, great facilities and amenities, and friendly staff, this hotel is a great choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This hotel located just 6 miles from Newcastle city centre offers excellent facilities, such as a restaurant, brasserie, lounge bar and an 18-hole championship golf course. Our recent stay was unfortunately disappointing. The staff were unprofessional and the cleanliness of the room was not up to standard. When asking for an email address to provide feedback, we were unable to get one. Despite our issues, we were still able to enjoy the restaurant and the leisure facilities, which our friends who stayed for one night got to enjoy in a much more updated room than ours. We were even provided with 4 bottles of water after asking at reception. Although our stay was not what we expected, we were still able to make the most of it.

Situated in 12 acres of parkland next to Newcastle Racecourse, the 4-star Grand Hotel Gosforth Park offers luxurious, modern rooms and superb leisure facilities. The friendly staff are always willing to help, while the location is great and easy to access by transport. Enjoy a great night's sleep on the cloud-like beds, and awake to the well-maintained gardens. Prices are competitive and bookings can be made through Booking.com. Unfortunately, some of the facilities are in need of improvement, such as the budget accommodation, conference area car park and the pond by the entrance. Cleanliness in some rooms has been a problem, with poo stains, cobwebs and exposed electric cables. The staff are apologetic and will offer free upgrades if necessary. Despite some issues, the Grand Hotel Gosforth Park is a great place to stay.
