All the staff are friendly and helpful, and are taking great efforts to navigate through the current crisis, checking temperatures upon entry and cleaning key cards before handing them over. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with complimentary snacks and a small fridge. Vegan meals are available, with a wide range of choices for all meals and delicious packed lunches. The bar is well stocked and the restaurant provides a limited dinner menu with an excellent breakfast. Free parking is available, although not suitable for disabled in wheelchairs. Pillows and beds are firmer than desired, but softer ones can be provided. Wine list could be improved, but the red wine from South Africa was of poor quality. All in all, the hotel provides a great stay with the staff going out of their way to make it a good one.

Our host, Johnny, was extremely welcoming and gave us great insight into the area. The apartment is spacious, with a pool table and fully-equipped kitchen, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Johnny was very helpful, providing us with information and recommendations for local attractions. We also felt safe and secure, as the property offers private access. Highly recommended and great value for money!
