Our experience at Mallory was outstanding, from the moment we were welcomed at the door to the complimentary upgrade to our room. All members of the reception and service teams were wonderful, helpful and welcoming, and the food was delicious. Our room was an absolute pleasure to relax and spend time in, and there were a number of delightful touches throughout our stay. The grounds were delightful, and the staff could not have been more helpful. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway, or a family holiday, Mallory Court Hotel will not disappoint.

The friendly and helpful staff, including the manager, receptionist, gym staff and cleaners, ensures that all guests have a comfortable stay. The Welcombe Hotel, Best Western Premier Collection, is located on the outskirts of the beautiful town of Stratford upon Avon, just 5 minutes from the M40. The hotel features an 18 hole, par 70 golf course and is a great destination for those wanting to get away from it all. The hotel itself is in need of some love and money spending on it to bring it up to its former glory when the Countess owned it. Breakfast is average, while the evening meal menu is poor with limited choices, especially for vegetarians. There is no light snack menu being offered as room service or otherwise, and there is no mobile phone signal in the hotel. The hotel rooms are dated, and the spa staff can be rude. The bar was empty on New Year's Eve with no entertainment or food, which was quite baffling. The staff are generally friendly and helpful, but the hotel experience is letting it down. With some updates, the Welcombe Hotel could be an excellent place to stay.

Overall, it's a good experience, with helpful staff and a great price, but if you're looking for luxury you may want to look elsewhere.
