The mattresses are comfortable and there are nice views of the city. There is a dixy and subways nearby for your convenience. The staff are friendly and helpful and the check-in process is straightforward. However, the lift is broken and the stairwells are dirty, with takeaway containers on the landing. Unfortunately, some guests have reported a broken front door, dirty apartment, broken water and a blocked number when attempting to contact the property.

Stay at the Apollo Hotel for easy access to Birmingham city centre and the NEC. Located just minutes from Birmingham New Street Station and the M5, the Apollo is within easy walking distance of leading clubs, casinos, and restaurants. Enjoy the convenience of free parking for you and your visitors, plus a portable heater for added comfort. The room was clean, fresh and comfortable, with fluffy pillows and pure white sheets. Tea, coffee, sugar, and milk are provided and housekeeping does a great job of keeping the bathroom neat and tidy. Unfortunately, there was an issue with a deposit that was handled quite bluntly. However, overall the Apollo offers a great location and comfortable stay, and is a great value for money.

Genting Hotel at Resorts World Birmingham

Bickenhill - West Midlands

Genting Hotel is a luxurious 5-star hotel located within Resorts World Birmingham, next to Birmingham Airport, the NEC Birmingham and Birmingham International Station. All rooms feature free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, tea and coffee-making facilities, and a private bathroom with free toiletries. Guests can enjoy a free mini bar, spa access, waffle dressing gowns and slippers, and a discount card for the shops. Sky by the Water restaurant offers a delicious dinner and the casino is a great place to pass the time. However, we are disgusted with the staff as they attempted to scam us out of £150 after our stay. We do not recommend this hotel.
