However, unfortunately, the front of house and reservation staff performances leave much to be desired. Prices are extortionate, with the same photo for all room grades, making it difficult to know what you’re getting for your money. Unsolicited text messages are sent, and a fire alarm practice was conducted during the stay. Housekeeping is not clean and the receptionist smells. Overall, this does not meet the standards of a five star hotel.

The hotel also features a spa with a swimming pool (at an additional cost). The rooms are comfortable and spacious, featuring double beds, TVs, wardrobes, ensuite bathrooms, and mini-fridges. Plus, your stay includes complimentary tea and coffee, bath robes and slippers, and a safe in the wardrobe. However, if you are looking for luxury, you may want to look elsewhere, as some guests have reported their rooms were too warm and lacked air conditioning, and the mini-bar did not work.
